This page covers this informational Neon website, published by sha future machine. The Neon app is in development. Its release privacy policy will describe the actual app, permissions and any optional services offered at release.
Information on this website
This site has no sign-up form, account, payment form or embedded audio recorder. We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Reading this site does not send your Neon recordings or notes to us.
Page motion preference
Your page-motion preference is saved locally in your browser so it can be remembered on your next visit. This preference is not sent to a server.
Hosting
The hosting provider receives ordinary connection information needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address and browser request. The provider may maintain operational and security logs under its own policies. That is separate from Neon app content.
This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Read OpenAI’s privacy policy for information about the provider’s handling.
Support email
If you email support@neonatlas.ai, sha future machine receives your sender address, message, any attachments you include and ordinary email-delivery information to handle your request. We use Spacemail for the support mailbox and forward incoming messages to our Google Gmail inbox, retaining a copy in Spacemail. These providers handle email under their own policies.
Send only what is needed. You do not need to share recordings or a journal archive to ask for help. Keep passwords, API keys and recovery passphrases private. You can contact the same address with questions about support-message handling or deletion.
App privacy
The app’s release privacy policy will be published before its release. This informational website does not offer access to a live ChatGPT connector. Visit Neon support for the current contact.
